I just got back from shopping at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. One of the stores I always visit when I am there is the Coach Factory Outlet. When I walked in the store, the sales associate handed me a coupon for 50% off Handbags. She told me that today was the first day that they were handing out the coupons.
When I checked the Sales & Events Page on the Philadelphia Premium Outlets Website, under in-store promotions, it says that Coach will be offering 50% Off Bags from January 20 through February 16, 2012.
**Update: 1/26/12 I just checked the Philadelphia Premium Outlets Sales & Events Page and the Coach promotion for 50% off Bags is no longer listed. I am not sure when they removed the promotion or if it is still valid.

** It looks like The Crossings Premium Outlets, Jackson Premium Outlets and Liberty Village Premium Outlets also have the promotion for 50% off Bags at Coach. The Coach promotion is no longer listed on these websites.
