Franklin Mills: Forever 21 opens September 4

Forever 21 is scheduled to open their newest location at Franklin Mills this Saturday, September 4, 2010. The store will be located in Neighborhood 2 next to the JCPenney Outlet Store.

To celebrate their grand opening, Forever 21 will give the first 200 people in line free gift cards ranging in value from $10 to $100. One lucky shopper will receive the grand prize, a Forever 21 gift card valued at $210, to spend at this exciting new store.
