The King of Prussia Mall will be staffed with Greeters and Holiday Helpers to assist shoppers. As an additional treat for shoppers, mall management staff will be distributing surprise gift card and special retailer offers to unsuspecting customers through Christmas Eve.
Greeters are stationed at mall directories during holiday weekends and Christmas Eve to help shoppers with directions, questions, distribute retailer offers, and provide an insider’s perspective on the best deals and gift ideas for the holiday season.
Holiday Helpers are located at primary entrances to help shoppers carry their bags to their cars. Also, a special shuttle service is available to take shoppers to their cars. The service is available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and on Christmas Eve.
