The list is in alphabetical order, and I have included links back to the mall website so that you can verify the information. Oxford Valley Mall: Santa Arrival Parade & Breakfast (November 7)

The Oxford Valley Mall will be hosting a parade and breakfast to celebrate Santa’s Arrival – here are the details for both events:

Date: Saturday, November 7, 2009

Santa’s Arrival Parade: The mall will host a parade at 8:00am that will begin at the lower level near Mall Entrance 2 (near the Disney Store) and will continue to the upper level of the Mall’s Sears Court. The Neshaminy High School Marching Band, Judy Tudy the Clown and many more will partake in the parade and entertain guests.

Breakfast with Santa: Immediately following the parade, Simon Kidgits Club members are invited to a special breakfast with Santa. The breakfast will be held at 9:00am in the mall’s Food Court. Reservations are required Visit Guest Services to reserve tickets. Reservations cannot be done over the phone. Tickets cannot be held you must be present to pick up your tickets.

Oxford Valley Mall will be having a Mall-O-Ween Trick-or-Treating Event – here are the details:

Date: Saturday, October 31, 2009

Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Details: This is a mall-wide event that allows local children to trick-or-treat at participating stores in the mall. Visit Guest Services for a goody bag and a list of stores participating in this event.

In addition to collecting Halloween treats, kids can pick up coloring sheets from Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, available on Blu-ray Disc and DVD Oct. 27 from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, as well as Halloween bags and My Little Pony Twinkle Wish Adventure stickers. Title sponsor Oriental Trading Company will also provide valuable coupons to make Halloween extra fun this fall.

Date: Saturday, August 22.

Time: 1:00pm & 3:00pm

Location: Sears Court at Oxford Valley Mall

Details: The local teens will model the hottest fall fashions from the following mall retailers: Aeropostale; Charlotte Russe; Deb; dELiAs; The Disney Store; Forever 21; Hot Topic; Lady Foot Locker; Limited; Macy’s; and PacSun. During the teen fashion shows, participating mall retailers will hand out special coupons and give-aways. The events are free and open to the public.

Oxford Valley Mall: Animal Junction Traveling Zoo (July 11)

Animal Junction, a Bucks County traveling exotic animal zoo, will be at the Oxford Valley Mall this weekend for a FREE Kidgits Club Event – here are the details:

Date: Saturday, July 11, 2009

Time: 11:00am

Location: the event will be held outdoors in the mall’s Market Square (fountain entrance). If it rains, the event will take place in the mall’s Sears Court.

Details: During the event, Don Dougherty of Classroom Adventures will be reading a jungle-themed story. After the story, Animal Junction’s Jungle Joe will host the Ultimate Pet Detective Show, which features up to 15 of Animal Junction’s line-up of exotic animals such as Sydney the red kangaroo, Fluffy the monitor lizard, Oliver the eagle owl and more.

The event is FREE and open to all; however, only Oxford Valley Mall Kidgits Club members will have the opportunity to take free Mug Shots with select animals after the show (limit one Mug Shot per Kidgits Club member). Oxford Valley Mall: Free Summer Concert Series

Oxford Valley Mall and itsTeen Board are bringing back the FREE outdoor summer concert series featuring local bands.

The concert series will be kicked off by a Battle of the Bands event on Friday, June 19 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

Throughout the summer, the Free concerts will be held on Thursdays and Fridays through August from 7:00pm – 9:00pm (weather permitting) in Market Square (next to the outdoor fountain).
